GPS Monitoring for Defendants
Our GPS Ankle Monitors are for anyone who is ordered to home confinement for reasons such as a DUI or probation violations. These monitors are also ideal for defendants with offenses related to domestic violence, stalking, child support, or sex offenses who are offered pre-trial release or the opportunity to serve a portion of their time in the community. GPS monitoring is an excellent opportunity that allows defendants to attend treatment and continue working to pay fines, restitution, and child support. Our GPS Ankle Monitor must be worn by the defendant for a victim to utilize the Stalker Alert unit.
Stalker Alert for Victims
The stalker alert is the newest tool available to keep victims safe from their domestic violence perpetrator, stalker, or anyone listed in a Protective Order. This handheld device must be used in conjunction with our GPS Ankle Monitors, and payment of the device be court-ordered to the defendant. The device provides color-coded alerts to the user if their perpetrator comes within predetermined ranges and vacate the area immediately. This advanced notification system can offer peace of mind and a greater sense of security for victims.
